Welcome to Healthy Detox Patch! We appreciate your visit and your business. Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
We process orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that shipments are not made on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, order processing may take a few additional days.
If your order is delayed, we will notify you via your order email. Please allow extra time for delivery if needed. Estimated delivery time is 14–20 business days.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes only in certain locations, such as within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items
Healthy Detox Patch cannot be held liable for items lost during shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or not in good condition, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement.
Replacements are not available in the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.
