   I was genuinely surprised by how effective these patches were! During a recent trip where we were constantly were high altitudes on hikes. I didn’t experience any of the usual symptoms, I’ve had in the past—no headaches, no shortness of breath. I also wore a patch during a cross-country flight, and unlike previous trips, I didn’t feel any altitude-related issues or jet lag.

   Wow, I am so happy to finally have an all natural product to use for myself and my kids when we go up to high altitude. In the past we all had horrible effects of altitude sickness. We have just avoided going into the mountains, thinking we wouldn’t be able to again. But thanks to these patches, we will be able to enjoy activities in the mountains.

   Using this patch for couple hikes with elevation above 9500 feet, and it seems working for me. I used to feel headache when I hike above 9000 feet.

   They Work!! I have had altitude sickness. My most recent trip was 9600 above sea level. I felt fine! Follow the instructions.

   Since I put these patches on before the airplane doors opened, I'll never truly know whether it was the patches, or that altitude sickness doesn't really affect me, but I know I won't be taking any chances on traveling to high altitude areas, without them!!
